Description:

Group coaching sessions are Mondays at 6:00 Pacific Time (9 pm EST) for approximately 1 hour

Virtual calls are hosted on Zoom, which you can access from your phone, computer or tablet. 

You get four 60-minute sessions each month of personalized health coaching at a fraction of 1:1 private coaching ($352/month value)

Membership renews monthly and you can cancel at any time.
