In this session I’ll ask questions to get an understanding of your current and past health history. Then I will put together an individualized plan to help you overcome your physical and/or mental health challenges so that you can experience:

After you receive you customized health plan, I will provide ongoing weekly support in the form of weekly 15-20 minute check-ins (phone calls) to answer questions, make sure your plan is working, provide accountability and encouragement.
